HELLO! Does anyone else feel like their summer is FLYING by! I can't take it! But at the same time I am getting excited to head back to the classroom!! This past week has been a crazy one! I was back in Ohio at the start of the week...then headed back to Vegas in the middle of the week. I had a layover in Chicago and ended up sitting there for an extra 3 hours. So I had lots of time to plan things out in my head for my classroom and for my blog! So here it is...

I will start off with these two pictures from my backyard in Ohio. My mother works so hard on her plants and pond. I just love it! I sit in the backyard on the deck all the time when I am home. If you have ever been to Vegas, you know there is not much green! So when I go home I make sure I take it all in!! I just LOVE it!
Happy Birthday To Me! This Monday is my birthday! My 30th birthday! :/ I have not been looking to forward to it actually. Not really in a birthday mood. I don't think it has anything to do with actually turning 30....it has more to do with what is actually going on in my life. My boyfriend and I are shakey and I just don't know.
Number 3...this one...is a REMINDER for me! I am trying to stay positive with all this stuff going on. I am trying to keep my head high! So trying to hold my head high and let whatever is meant to happen, happen! But may I just say...GUYS are CONFUSING!!!!
Once I made it back to Vegas...I got straight to work! I am working on different Language Scoots, as we speak! I have finished the Pronoun Scoot! Check it out in my store! I am not working on a noun one, and a verb one. I have no idea why I started with pronouns! Do you have any scoots or task cards you would like to see created? Let me know! If I create them, maybe I will let you help look over them before I sell them too!

Things will work out however they are supposed to. I don't know if people like to see others fall, I would hope that isn't the case. The people in your life who care about you don't want to see that and they will be there for you whether things are good or bad. Yes, guys are confusing!! And life can be at times. I hope you still enjoyed your birthday. I did NOT want to turn 30, but my 30s have been the BEST!...see it all works out in the end!

ReplyDeleteSecond of all, without knowing what is going on, I can honestly say that there are always going to be people awaiting a big flop or fall. Just remember to look over your should and right by your side to all those standing with and behind you. You got here for a reason. I truly believe that we are given tests to make us stronger and to help us to see those who are true. Keep being you, keep doing what you do, push through. (UGH! I **SWEAR** I didn't mean to make that rhyme! I guess it's the K teacher in me!!)
Andddd that's your boyfriend? VERY talented! And... ADORABLE! :) Just hang by him and you're all set!
